1. the side button (that turns the phone on vibrate) cut out is off. You can still see the switch but it doesn't fit perfectly like the picture would show.
2. with the case on it's somewhat hard to lock the phone. I mean, it locks but it's not as easy as other cases and sometimes when you push the button nothing happens.
3. the face on the bear is adorable. BUT, it seems like overtime it will eventually fade away.
Overall, it's an adorable case and it does nicely cover the whole phone. When purchased it came with a screen protector and a cloth to clean the phone. I'm very happy with the phone. The flaws aren't a big deal to me but it might to some other buyers with the misfits. In my opinion it was worth my money and over all adorable case!
